Digital Marketing Coordinator
About the job
We are looking for a highly self-motivated, proactive and very detailed oriented individual who is constantly looking to grow, improve him/herself, get things done every day, and be accountable. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist the Director of Market Development in the execution of strategies and tactics to develop the Yoo & Co. Accelerators online brand. Strategies include the development of effective social media platforms for the company to market to potential customers and partners both locally and globally. Tactics include the optimization of social media marketing, timely communication with online inquiries, and support of marketing campaigns and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
● Gather business leads through various leading social media platforms;
● Utilize market research to apply SEO, keyword, and google analytics to increase traffic;
● Support critical planning processes for our social media accounts;
● Collaborate on content design for social media posts;
● Compile and analyze monthly reports to advise on strategy and content;
● Use hashtag optimization to grow engagement on all platforms;
● Create and present content concepts;
● Help to identify user groups on social media; and
● Occasional miscellaneous tasks and activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or other related discipline;
1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, and/or communications preferred;
Team-oriented contributor with strong interpersonal communication skills;
Highly focused and goal-oriented, with demonstrated ability to work independently;
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills;
A self-starter who is willing to think outside the box;
Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Basic Internet, HTML, and content management-system skills;
Familiarity of social media analytics and using platforms such as LinkedIn; and
Experience with Google Workspace.
